  • HOW IT WORKS

    • hand.png Once the theme is installed, the user will see a Gear like option appear on the top right side of your Odoo screen. Hovering over the same will reveal its name as Theme Customization.

    • hand.png Clicking the Theme Customization icon present on top right opens a pop-up named Theme Customization with three menus namely, Theme Backgrounds, Upload and Customize.

    • hand.png The Theme Backgrounds menu consists of the default 9 Pre-installed HD Images that Ksolves is providing.
      • Note: Once you select an image and proceed by closing the Theme Customization pop-up without saving the background, the chosen theme will be previewed till the next refresh.

    • hand.png The Upload option provides you with the liberty to upload an image of your own choice for the background.
      • Note: Please upload images of 1024 x 768 (or higher) size for best results.

    • hand.png Once your image is uploaded, ensure that you click on the Save & Set Background button to save your changes permanently.

    • hand.png The user uploaded images also get saved in the Theme Backgrounds menu once they are uploaded. If you wish to delete any of your own uploaded images, you can do the same by clicking the Delete button.

    • hand.png The customize menu provides the user with the options to:
      -Choose Header Background Colour.
      -Choose Header Text Colour.
      -A slider to adjust the opacity of Header.

    • hand.png If you wish to allow the Theme Customization rights to be only available to Admins, go to General Settings menu and then under Transparent Theme check the option to Hide Theme Customization for Non-admin Users.

    • Note: The "Hide Theme Customization for Non-admin Users" box will come unchecked by default.
    • hand.png If you wish to enable/disable the easy hover of Odoo views facility, go to General Settings menu and then under Transparent Theme check/uncheck the option to Enable Switch Buttons Hover Effect as per your need.
