Personal Data collected to request a demo: We may collect certain Personal Data when you request a call back, contact through messaging platforms, phone numbers or email our store and submit Personal Data including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number when you fill a contact us form or reach out to our Indian/US phone number, email or reach out through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.

Personal Data collected on social media accounts: We may also collect, store and use your Personal Data when you (1) access our social networking handles operated by us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and/or LinkedIn (2) share our blogs through your social networking handles and (3) comment/ provide feedback/testimonials on such social networking handles. Such Personal Data may include your social media handles, name, any personal data you share via direct messages, or details about your profile, or any other personal data that you may share with us.

  6. Personal Data collected to subscribe to the newsletter: We may collect your email address and name to send you updates and information when you subscribe to newsletter.

  7. Personal Data collected when you request to avail a bulk offer: We may collect certain Personal Data when you fill a form or reach out to us through your email, phone number, or messaging platform to avail the bulk offer for the purchase of products on our Store.

  8. Personal Data collected when you request a quote: We may collect name, email address, phone number and your specific requirements to request a quote to avail Services.

  9. Personal Data collected when you generate a ticket: We may collect your name, email addresses, issue details and invoice receipt when you raise a ticket for any issue that you are facing.

You undertake that you shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, or truthfulness of the Personal Data shared with us whether of your own or of any third party. In the event you are sharing any Personal Data on behalf of a third person, you represent and warrants that you have the necessary authority to share such Personal Data with Ksolves, obtained a written consent from such third party and Ksolves shall not be responsible for verifying the same. We use cookies and/or similar in-house and third-party tracking tools to track your traffic patterns. 7. Our Security Measures

Your Personal Data is stored on third-party cloud servers. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protection, we cannot warrant the security of Personal Data transmitted as these systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible, and will take necessary measures to mitigate such events. You are required to be careful to avoid “phishing” scams, where someone may send you an e-mail that looks like it is from us asking for your Personal Data. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. Please keep your password confidential and do not share it with others.
