Ksolves retains the right to terminate the license if the customer redistributes or resells the source codes to other organizations, free or with the price.

Response Time:
Our support team operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM IST. During these hours, our dedicated team is available to assist you with your support requests.

Customer Responsibility:
To assist you effectively, we request that you provide all necessary details related to the issue you are experiencing. This includes relevant information, error messages, steps to reproduce the problem, and any other supporting documentation that can help us understand and resolve the issue more efficiently. Additionally, to enable Ksolves to address certain Odoo issues, we may require the Customer to provide a test case and sufficient documentation to replicate the problem. Customers are responsible for maintaining a stable connection to the Internet or any necessary telecommunication medium to avail remote support service from us.

Additional Charges for Non-Product related Issues
If our support team determines that the issue you are facing is unrelated to our Product, there may be charges applicable for the diagnostic and resolution time invested by our team. Any potential charges will be communicated in advance, and we will provide transparent billing information.
