Install the Sticky Pivot View App from the App store and go to General Settings. Under the General Setting menu, you will have the option of enabling and disabling the app by checking and unchecking the Enable boolean respectively.
Note: On a fresh installation, the Sticky Pivot View app will come automatically enabled.
