Refund/Return Policy
We believe that the product you purchased from the Ksolves Apps Store is the one which completes your necessities. We have gone to an extent to make sure the app is designed and built to be what it is needed for. We also believe that sometimes the product may vary and may not be the one for what you'd expect it to be. We still have our policy on Return/Refund for the app.
The customer will get a refund if they experience one of the conditions listed, and if they agree not to use the module and delete their copies:
- The module doesn't have a feature advertised on the app description page
- The issue which has been reported and concerns a bug that has not been fixed following the claim
- The module is not installed correctly on the advertised version
- The module license is wrong
