Odoo has finally released Odoo 13 features. With the newest version release, there are new improvements. With these features of Odoo ERP, Odoo has become the complete business suite for the organizations that want their business in a streamlined way. Every year with the newest release, it enhances the module and features which is suitable for businesses. Odoo is one of the top web-based ERP, helping organizations with powerful module capabilities that have a more significant impact than other ERP software.<\/p>\n

Odoo 13 uses JQuery 3 now:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
The improvement in performance in the Odoo web enhanced with the technical upgrade of JQuery 3. Bringing the latest features and speed improvement to Odoo 13 with the help of the JQuery 3.<\/p>\n
New App for HR Skill:<\/p>\n

With the help of the Odoo ERP, it is easy to manage the skills of the employee. V13 brings HR skills as separate management of the employees\u2019 skills. This module helps manage employee skills, training sessions, education history, and so on.<\/p>\n
Leave management is renamed as Time off:<\/p>\n

Odoo HRMS has the newest features with the latest version update to v13. Time off has been placed instead of Leave management; in short, renamed. Odoo 13 comes with the custom hours option if the user wants to apply for leave for the particular hours.<\/p>\n

For all baseline calculations of all types, a new data type\u2019 duty hours\u2019 is added in the module. Based on the time scheduled assigned to the employee, duty hours are calculated accordingly and daily configured. Whenever the leave approves, then the duty hours of that day are set to zero.<\/p>\n
Once the employees\u2019 time schedule has set up, their working hours track according to the sign-in\/out timestamps. Employee time clock calculates the overtime and under time and also gives them access to login via QR code available on the company’s entrance or from a mobile app.<\/p>\n
HR Payroll moved to Enterprise Edition:<\/p>\n

Odoo 13 has moved the HR payroll to Enterprise edition from their community. Open-source payroll applications stop as it is not usable with the missing features. The missing features develop into the Odoo enterprise, which is a real app benefit such as management, localization, reports.<\/p>\n
Community Edition has a Website Form builder now:<\/p>\n
