But, first-why is it important to manage payslips for employees in Odoo?<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

A payslip, often known as a salary slip, is an important document in business management. A\u00a0 payslip is a file that contains employee information such as payment, insurance, a record of earned cash, tax, and more. A user may establish salary criteria and define the salary structure of a worker using the Odoo Payroll System.<\/p>\n

Follow the step-by-step guide to successful payroll management.<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/b> Go to Payroll Module<\/b>>Click on Payroll<\/b><\/p>\n

Under the payroll tab, you will all the payroll options: To pay, All Payslips, and Batches<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/b> Click on the To Pay<\/b> option, a dialog box will appear as below:<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/b> Click on the CREATE<\/b> button to create new payslips.<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/b> Select the employee from the Employee drop-down<\/b> menu in Odoo 15 Payroll <\/b>module.<\/p>\n

When you add an employee, the employment contract on the payslip Configuration page is instantly changed. You can include the Period<\/b> on the payslip in the period submitted.<\/p>\n

You can select the batch year in the \u2018Batch<\/i>\u2019 field, as given below in (4.a).<\/p>\n

Step 5: <\/b>The \u2018structure<\/b>\u2019 field allows you to enter the Structure as given below.<\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/b> By typing \u2018new\u2019 in the structure field, you can create a new salary structure with the given two options: \u2018Create \u201cnew\u201d\u2019, & \u2018Create and Edit\u2026\u2019<\/i><\/p>\n

Step 7<\/b>: When you click on the Create and Edit <\/b>option, the configuration page for the new structure will appear, fill in the details as required.<\/p>\n

Step 8<\/b>: Give salary \u2018Structure Name\u2019<\/i> and select the \u2018Type\u2019<\/i> of the salary.<\/p>\n

Step 9: <\/b>If you need to create a new salary type, type \u2018new\u2019 in the \u2018Type\u2019 <\/i>field. Choose the \u2018Create and Edit\u2026\u2019<\/i> option, and a window will appear, as mentioned in<\/p>\n
